The Ledges vacation community, located just north of St. George, Utah, boasts 360 degrees of stunning views. With countless trails moments away and a captivating golf course on-site, it's easy to see why The Ledges has become a cherished family tradition for many. Enjoy the two community pools and pickleball courts or savor a meal at the Fish Rock Grille overlooking the golf course. We LOVED being together in this amazing condo for our spring break/easter. It was the perfect space for making memories together fully stocked with everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful place to rest, relax, soak in the hot tub (my favorite) and enjoy time as a family!!

Very clean and spacious. Everything was how advertised! Only disadvantage was the parking! None of our cars fit in the garage and the overflow parking was full every night!

Great place for a family gathering

Nice home and great amenities. This place was clearly designed as a short term rental home so it's well stocked and instructions are everywhere. We didn't need to reach out to the management company at all while we were here which was nice.

Quick getaway!

My husband and I went on a quick getaway and have always heard how awesome St. George is! It did not disappoint! We looked at so many properties and were so glad we chose this place to stay! It was way too much house for the 2 of us but we loved the location not being right in town. We enjoyed the hot tub at the house, the pool that was right across the street, the golf course and the Fish Rock grill at the clubhouse was our favorite place to eat! We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect property for us

We really loved this condo! The private balconies and Hot Tub were our favorite thing about the unit. It was missing a few very basic supplies, they were low and toilet paper and some basic Kitchen Supplies. The management team immediately responded and brought us more TP. We would stay at this property again!

Fun St. George getaway

The house we picked to stay at was excellent! It was very clean and well kept and everything was updated nicely. The cupboards and shelves were stocked. The hot tub was a hit. Location was beautiful. One of my only complaints was that the four bunk beds in the loft were decently comfortable, however they were NOT long enough beds for an adult. All of us sleeping on the bunk beds had to sleep kinda at an angle. So as long as you are aware of that or just plan to have kids sleep on the bunk beds then you'll love your stay! It was a great getaway and we made fun memories together!

Furniture is nice, layout is efficient and for larger groups the number of bathrooms/showers was appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances (note BYO ground coffee ahead for day one!)Resort is nice and generally quiet both during the day and evening. The Ledges golf course back 9 is Instagram worthy, overall the course played great and was in very good shape with fast rolling, divot and blemish free greens when we played. Pace of play was outstanding. I’d recommend a stay here and specifically this unit was perfect for our group of six men. Rental, check in and check out were a breeze.
