The Space:
Soft morning light filters through tall evergreens as you step outside to the quiet hum of winter on the mountain. Crisp air rises from the slopes nearby, and the deck offers a place to pause before settling into a day of skiing, or unwinding by the fireplace. As evening settles in, the glow from the stone hearth and the warmth of the hot tub create a calm retreat from the cold.
Living spaces
Spread across three stories, this standalone chalet provides room to gather as well as quiet corners to recharge. The open-plan living area features vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that frame the forested surroundings, while the stone fireplace anchors the space with a welcoming winter atmosphere. A spacious media room with a projector and gas fireplace offers another place to relax after time on the mountain. The deck off the main level expands the living area outdoors, giving you a spot to take in the snow-covered landscape.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for both everyday meals and shared celebrations, with a center island, double ovens, dishwasher, and space for preparing your favorite dishes. The dining area beside it seats 8 guests, keeping everyone close to the heart of the home.
Sleeping arrangements
On the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the evergreens. Its ensuite has a bathtub, glass-enclosed shower, and large windows that bring in natural light. A second bedroom on this floor offers two bunk beds and its own ensuite with a walk-in wardrobe and shower.
The main level includes a convenient powder room.
On the lower level, the third bedroom has a Tribunk and an ensuite with bathtub, shower, and vanity. The fourth bedroom features a king bed with access to the hot tub deck and its own ensuite. The fifth bedroom offers a king bed, fireplace, and reading nook, along with an ensuite. In total, the chalet provides 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms for up to 10 guests.
Outdoor living and ski access
Winter days here are shaped by easy proximity to the slopes, with ski-in/ski-out access connecting you to the Yellow Brick Road Run and the Blackcomb Gondola through a brief 100-meter walk along the street, depending on snowfall. After time in the snow, the private hot tub on the lower level offers a warm place to unwind. Outdoor furniture on the deck allows you to step out for fresh air even in colder months.
Practical details
A two-car garage, additional visitor parking, and a laundry room with washer and dryer make longer stays straightforward. Air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, portable fans, and room-darkening shades support comfort throughout the seasons. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and safety features are available during your stay. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms include essentials for everyday living, and self check-in with a smart lock provides an easy arrival. Long term stays are allowed, and luggage dropoff is available for early or late travel schedules.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by visitor parking. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Summit Chalet is located in one of Whistler’s most exclusive ski-in/ski-out neighbourhoods on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. With only a handful of private residences, it offers a quiet and luxurious alpine setting just minutes from Whistler Village. From Summit Chalet, guests enjoy direct access to the Yellow Brick Road ski run—just a short 100-meter walk from the front door—leading to the Blackcomb Gondola and the base of the mountain.
Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Yellow Brick Road ski run.
• 3-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Upper Village (much shorter and direct if walking down the ski run).
• 4-minute drive or 19-minute walk to Whistler Village.
• 25-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market
• 6-minute drive to Fresh St. Market
• 30-minute walk or 4-minute drive to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course.
• 45-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to Lost Lake
Other Things to Note:
• The homesite next door is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
