Welcome to Edgewater Bungalow! Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-level home is just 4 miles from the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach and 5 miles from Downtown Sarasota!

Siesta Key, in gorgeous Sarasota, FL, is well-known for its powdery white quartz sand and has been rated the #1 beach in the USA (#5 in the world by TripAdvisor) for several years. You are only minutes away from quaint Siesta Key Village, which offers casual dining at places like the Daquiri Deck and The Old Salty Dog, as well as fine dining establishments and plenty of shopping.

This home has a large driveway offering ample parking. The screened-in front lanai has a patio set where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Upon entering the home, you will find an open concept floor plan with beautiful windows allowing the natural light to glisten throughout. The spacious living room has two leather couches, an adjoining leather day chair, and a Smart TV. Adjacent is the kitchen which has gorgeous granite countertops and stunning tile backsplash. The dining room has a large wood table that can accommodate up to six comfortably. There are also two day chairs for additional seating and a Smart TV.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, a leather day chair, a giant walk-in closet, and a Smart TV. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has a large vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of closet space, and a Smart TV. The second bathroom has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, plenty of closet space, and a Smart TV.

A Perfect Sarasota Retreat!

The home was spotless, bright, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was perfect, just minutes from beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and shopping. Customer service is also amazing and very responsive. We'll come back again!

This bungalow was the perfect home base. Relaxing and convenient, and it felt just like a home away from home! The open living space and screened-in patio made it easy to unwind, and having everything we needed right there made our stay completely stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

A very comfortable house with large spaces

American way of life. A very comfortable house with large spaces, TVs in all the bedrooms, and perfect equipment for cooking and doing laundry. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. Not far from Siesta Key Beach. Shops are really close by. A typical American home, ideal for a French person wanting that experience. But you should know that it's more or less a private rental, so there's no physical reception—everything is done remotely. For us, it was ideal, but some people might find it uncomfortable.

Amazing and Relaxing Stay! Highly Recommend

Some of my old friends and I wanted to get together and visit the beach at Siesta Key, and we were so happy that we were able to find this house. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood, and is a very short drive to Siesta Beach. The house itself is beautiful and so clean, and had all of the things we needed for the beach available to borrow which was very convenient. Overall, a very convenient location and close to everything you need. We had an incredible time and hope to return again sometime!

Comfortable , grocery stores nearby.

When we first arrived, my wife slipped a little on the floor. when she got up she sniffed her hand and it smelled like feces. we had to buy some swifter wet cloths and clean the entire floor. also, when I took out the garbage after a few days, all of the garbage cans were full meaning no one had taken the cans to the curb on garbage day. i did take 3 full cans out to be picked up but the sanitation crew only emptied 2. i had to pull a full and heavy can back to the house. not only did no other guests do this but whatever cleaning company you use ignored the garbage situation for weeks. You really need to address this situation.

Great Stay

House was clean, nice to park in the garage (couldn’t find a garage door opener but still nice). Quiet neighborhood and pretty close drive to the beach. Enjoyable all around.

A good vacation spot for a family

The home was clean, location was close to a good variety of restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Loved having the washer and dryer on site because of the kids. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. We had a good time

Perfect for a family

We loved our stay here. We were out and about most of the time and the location was perfect for us. The house was the perfect size, super clean, comfortable beds and all of the amenities. We will definitely stay here again. They also had beach chairs we could use and pool noodles, etc. which was nice - and a washer/dryer. The house is in a residential area but that didn’t bother us one bit!

It was ok.

The house was pretty on the inside and seemed up to date for the most part. The hallway bathroom had no water pressure even with the water turned all the way up. The water and ice dispenser on the fridge did not work and in the hot Florida summers, this is a necessity!
