Cottage on the Marsh is a recently updated coastal getaway with beautiful marsh views and plenty of space for families or groups. Enjoy two separate living areas with full guest access. The downstairs suite features a king bed, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and laundry (outside entrance only). Upstairs offers two bedrooms with en-suite baths, a kitchen with cooktop and convection toaster oven, and a spacious living area with a new 65" TV.
Relax on the sunroom or back deck, fire up the propane grill, or watch the sunset over the marsh. There's also a private dock for fishing and crabbing (no boats allowed). Parking is no issue, with space for up to six vehicles and room for a boat. Upstairs has 4 head mini-split & downstairs has a wall AC and heat. No inside stairway.
