There are overflow parking lots throughout the community and also behind the clubhouse .
There is no vehicle limit.
Commercial vehicles, RV's, trailers, buses, golf carts or boats are not allowed at Paradiso Grande.
• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1-Cost: $75 per day. 2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both have the same temperature.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. This is optional and may not be available at times.

There is valet trash bin at the side of the home.
All trash needs to be bagged in plastic trash bag.
Trash is picked up every morning shortly after 9AM.
No trash can sit outside overnight.
If you want to dispose it, there is a dumpster in the parking lot behind the clubhouse.
• HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE PURCHASE If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Great family trip
My family and I stayed at this lovely place and had a wonderful time. The rooms were great, the game room was super fun for the kids and the pool was a perfect way to enjoy the Florida sunny day. If I had questions about the house the property manager would respond quickly. This was very helpful

Although we had a great time, we had 21 people including 6 children under the age of nine. It would be nice if there was basic cleaning supplies available ( vacuum and mop and pail) also the living area overhead light flickered constantly. My other issue was that your pictures show 2 BBQ grills but we only had access to 1. When we had 22 guests, a second grill would have been nice especially since the pics show 2

House in good location in Orlando
House looks like pics online. Overall, we had a nice stay. There were a few issues. The floors were not all the way clean. They looked clean, but when you walk on them your feet get dirty and they were sticky in some places, when wearing sneakers. The management company was made aware and they offered to have someone come clean, which was a nice gesture. They also noted we should send pics to have this happen. I explained the pics wouldn’t really show anything since the floors were sticky and just not clean but you couldn’t see it by looking. Also, the company requires a lot of personal info. after the reservation is booked with VRBO - like your driver’s license and picture of credit card with the expiration date and security code. I’m not usually comfortable giving all the info. out - so didn’t love having to share this information to get check in info. I just hadn’t realized this would be an extra step before checking in.

While most of the house was clean, the floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes all of the time due to how dirty the floors were. We also had to unclog several of the showers in the house, due to hair and debris in the drains. Dishes and glasses were plentiful, however the. pots were all scratched and we had to go out and purchase a large pot, towels for the kitchen to name just a few. Cups in the closed were cracked.The reason for our rental was to celebrate two special birthdays and Christmas. The flooring was so dirty that we would hav had to leave and a professional cleaning crew would have had to come in with machinery to clean them properly. We did not want strangers in the house on Christmas Eve or Day.We did contact the management company right after we left the house and we were told that we should have brought all of this to the attention of their staff. I explained that we did not want to be disturbed as we all traveled far for this celebration and we did not want to be disturbed by workers. I asked for some sort of compensation back and I was refused. I did not expect to get all the money back but I did not think they would refuse any compensation.The location of the property is not great, however manageable. For the price charged for this unit, it was not worth it. We all left the house unhappy.

Our cleaning and inspection team goes above and beyond to care for the home, paying close attention to every detail. They are highly committed, working tirelessly to stay in touch with guests and offer help whenever needed. We also offer round-the-clock support to address any questions or issues guests may encounter.
No issues were reported during the reservation, which is unfortunate as it leaves us unable to address the concerns in a timely manner. This is the first time we’re hearing about these problems. To ensure prompt resolution, it’s important that any issues be reported directly to the host through the inbox chat during the stay. The platform guidelines also specify that guests must raise concerns while the reservation is active, as issues cannot be reported intentionally after the reservation has ended.
While we regret that your experience wasn’t as expected, we genuinely hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide a more positive experience.
