As you pull down the quiet lane leading to this lovely one level home, you feel as if you’re on your own private little island, away from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by only a few other homes, and Bay Views in every direction, you’ve found sweet serenity. Enjoy fishing, crabbing, and kayaking from the Private Pier, tie up a shallow draft Boat, or just take in the sunset. The kids will love exploring at low tide on the Private Shelled Beach - there’s so much to discover - minnows, clams, Fiddler Crabs, and more. Relaxing beach grasses and whispering pines welcome you to join them……

Nunzs Cove is a home that has been treasured by both its Owners and Guests - it’s a place where memories are made, and your worries feel a million miles away. It has such a private and serene location, yet is still super close to everywhere you want to be, including Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free. And you can experience the wonders of Waterfront Living without breaking the bank!

This spacious 4 Bedroom Home is all one level - a wonderful thing if you’re not a fan of stairs. With multiple Living Areas, there’s so much space to spend time together, without ever feeling crowded. Kick back and enjoy Free WiFi and Flat Screen Streaming TV in the Living Room just off the Kitchen. Sink into the oversized Sectional and take in breathtaking Bay Views from the Sliders - without even getting up! Adorned in Colors of Sea and Sky, with rustic touches throughout, the entire home is so warm and inviting. Slip out the Sliders to relax on the Waterfront Deck - a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Just off the Living Area, the cozy Kitchen packs a punch with all the comforts of home. You can even take in Water Views while you prep meals. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or dine in the Dining Room. You can also dine Al-Fresco on the Deck at the Pub Table, while taking in that salty, sweet sea breeze. Not one to cook on Vacation? No worries - you’re just a short drive from many great Dining options.

Just off the Dining Area, you’ll find the 2nd Living Area - a great spot to curl up with a good book, or just share stories of the day’s adventures. You’ll love all the Local Art, classic Chincoteague Decoys, and unique decor such as the historic Punt Gun mounted over the sofa.

This super family-friendly home sleeps 7 more than comfortably in 4 Bedrooms, and with 2 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is a Master, and is tucked privately on one side of Nunzs Cove, with the other 3 Bedrooms on the other side of the house. The Master has a comfy Queen Bed and Flat Screen Streaming TV. The spa-like Master Bath is spacious, bright, and sunny, and has a Double Vanity, Garden Soaking Tub, and Walk-in Shower.

On the other side of Nunzs Cove are 3 more Bedrooms and another Full Bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Full Beds, and are charmingly decorated with a tasteful Coastal Flair. Bedroom 4 has a cozy Twin Bed - both Bedrooms 2 and 4 have amazing Views of the Bay!

Lots of space, charming decor, well-equipped - what could make Nunzs Cove even better? The Outdoor Living is as awesome as the Indoor space! You won’t want to leave the Waterfront Back Deck that overlooks our pristine Chincoteague Bay - unless it’s to wander down the Private Pier to watch Heron, Eagles, Egrets, and maybe even Dolphins, dance in the water. Catch your own Flounder and grill it on the Gas Grill, or steam some Fresh Local Crabs. The kids will love playing on the Shelled Beach, which is also a great place to pull in your kayaks!
