Family-Friendly Tipi Unique Stay & River Access

Welcome to Sweet Grass Tipi 1 near the Guadalupe River - a Good Vibes Destination! Immerse yourself in a unique and unforgettable experience in our spacious and beautifully furnished Tipi cabins.

Our Tipis are approximately 30 feet in diameter and can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably in three queen beds. Each Tipi is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and insulation, ensuring a cool and cozy stay regardless of the season. You'll also find a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and kitchen essentials, making it convenient to cook simple meals during your stay.

For added comfort and convenience, each Tipi has its own designated private bathroom, located in separate buildings near your cabin. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures, a cabinet sink, plumbed toilet, and a spacious walk-in tiled shower. Your safety and security are our top priorities, which is why each bathroom is equipped with coded locks.

Escape to nature and enjoy the outdoor amenities we offer. Relax by the firepits or have a barbecue using our grills (charcoal not provided), and soak up the serene atmosphere. Take a leisurely stroll down our Path of Positivity to the beautiful Guadalupe River, located just 125 yards away. Revel in the peaceful setting as you sit on our waterfront deck, sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a refreshing cocktail.

If you need some downtime, our windowless Tipis are perfect for a restful afternoon nap after a day of engaging in water activities like tubing. We also offer outdoor games like ping-pong, corn hole, and tetherball for some added fun. Feel free to bring your own games as well!

During the warmer seasons, we provide a shuttle stop for tubing excursions. Alternatively, you can freely explore and unwind by soaking or floating in the river at your leisure. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained nearby, including boat rentals, tubing, fly-fishing, bird-watching, and exploring local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Attend a live concert at Whitewater Amphitheater, conveniently just a few miles down the road.

For smaller groups, we also have charming bungalow cabins that can accommodate 1 or 2 guests. Whether you rent one Tipi or multiple units, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay!
