Cute and cozy place!! Great location. Other than a couple little kinks, it was an awesome stay. Comfy bed and the hot tub and fireplace were so nice after a day of wine tasting! Loved sitting on the front porch sipping on coffee in the morning. Only had 1 coffee mug and no glasses for water but we made do with the wine glasses :) The seal on the shower head wasn't quite secure, so be careful turning on the water or it will spray all over.

Nice not Paradise

Pros: neat clean easy to find bed comfy Cons: TV remote doesn’t match one on instruction no batteries so no tv. The hot tub was set at 85 took 5 hours to get to 95 this should have been on and ready for us especially checking in at 3:00. Shower head has a leak in top sprays everywhere. And the dishes provided are limited. 2 plates 1 coffee cup. I believe if it were updated and checked over by someone other than cleaner. They would see how need tend to business. Will we rent again ? No we go to Fredericksburg to relax not shopnot go to town so we were disappointed

Great Stay in Fredericksburg

Quaint property in prime location for walking around downtown Fredericksburg. Parking was never a problem since the street was completely empty every time. Great neighborhood and loved the hot tub & fire place combo. Smooth & efficient checkin and check out. Will definitely check availability next time we come to town.
