Awesome Property!

The property was well maintained, and with 4 bedrooms and 4 parking spaces, the property was perfect for my large group size. Short walk to the bus stop made access to Vail Village a breeze. Would absolutely recommend this property for friend retreats and/or family vacations.

Great mountain getaway

We had a great time staying here on our Vail ski trip! It's super close to everything which was so convenient. You're about 5 min to downtown vail village and there's some additional eateries and grocery stores right around the property. The hot tub was an amazing feature as well, not to mention the beds were very comfy! Will gladly stay again!

Great location on Gore Creek

The property was clean and just as the listing described. We loved the sounds of the “creek” which was more of a raging river during our stay. Very happy with our experience, especially the cleanliness.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This home was perfect for our family getaway to Vail. The layout is spacious with four true bedrooms, and having five TVs meant everyone could relax with their own space. We started each day with coffee on the deck overlooking the creek and ended it with a soak in the private hot tub. The place was spotless and felt well cared for. We loved the convenience of the free shuttle just steps away. It made getting to Vail Village super easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Vail Condo

Great location. Close to the mountain! Easy to drive and park in Vail Village. Hot Tub, beautiful brook outside, nice & clean bedrooms. Warm pellet stove. We had a great time with our family. Definitely recommended! Close daily activities like hiking, skiing and snowmobiling.

Our family of 4 had an excellent 3 week summer vacation creek side. The location on Gore Creek was walking distance for fly fishing, and the fishing was excellent! Bike /walking path is out the front door. The kitchen is well stocked and supplied for cooking and grilling. The home is on the bus/shuttle route to Vail Village and Lions Head, grocery stores etc which was convenient. Big thumbs up!

Nice place with some issues

The location was great for us and the place was clean and had decent amenities. We had issues with the power and the hot tub during the stay which felt like they could have been avoided. Also the camera above the hot tub is a little creepy.

Amazing

Updated condo on the Gore River. You can catch trout in the back yard. Large kitchen and seating area with a beautiful table. Lots of beds with fantastic pillows, blankets and mattresses. I could sleep all day if there weren’t so many fun activities in Vail. Thanks!

The unit, although basic, has nearly everything a large group needs. The area is quiet and the city bus is close, although the walk to the bus was very icy and not maintained. The dishwasher is very loud while running so if you're wanting to watch TV at the same time, the TV will need a soundbar. The management company gets a 1-star review. They are the issue. The management company puts the burden onto the out-of-town homeowner for even the simplest of requests. We needed a shower mat because we had an elderly guest with us and were worried about him slipping. Management said we had to wait until Dec 27 (day before we checked out and 7 days later) when the homeowner would be in town. Speaking of this, the management company gave us a 30 min notice, via text, that the homeowner would be stopping by to drop off supplies. When I objected, they pushed the issue stating that this time was the only convenient time for the homeowner, never mind our convenience. Other items the home could use are dressers in the bunk bed closets or storage for clothes. The broken sweater organizers don't work so we had to use the floor. Overall, we liked the unit and how the owner made good use of the space for large groups.

This beautiful home is designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups, with a practical layout and essential amenities. It’s located in a generally quiet area with convenient access to public transportation; however, conditions such as snow and ice on nearby walkways can vary and are not always within our control. We recommend appropriate footwear during winter months. For future guests, we’d like to provide some additional context so you can plan accordingly and know what to expect. Inside the home, appliances such as the dishwasher are fully functional but may produce noticeable sound while running. Guests who are sensitive to noise—particularly in the main living area—may want to plan around appliance use. Regarding guest support, our goal as a management team is to be responsive and helpful throughout your stay. We’re currently reviewing our processes to ensure that common requests—especially those related to guest safety, such as bath mats—are handled more quickly and directly without unnecessary delays. We also want to be respectful of guest privacy. Any needed visits to the home should always be communicated clearly and scheduled with appropriate notice. We are reinforcing this standard to ensure all interactions are convenient and respectful of your time. Storage can vary by room, and while the home is set up to maximize sleeping capacity, some guests may find storage space for clothing limited in certain areas. We are evaluating improvements to make this more functional. Overall, many guests enjoy the space and its ability to host larger groups comfortably, and we continue to make adjustments based on feedback to improve both the home and the service experience. Our Guest Services team can always be reached 24/7 for any issues that may arise before, during or after your stay!
