Meadowridge 8049 has SIX steps in, is MULTI LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS and is NOT PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated PREMIER and SLEEPS ELEVEN. There are FOURTEEN steps up where you'll find the LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV. IMPORTANT* The WOOD BURNING fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for use. The fully functional KITCHEN offers a granite countertop breakfast bar with TWO stools, an extra seating area to accommodate TWO guests and the DINING TABLE seats SIX. On the main level, next to the kitchen is the MASTER bedroom with a KING bed and a FULL BATH. There is NO TV located in the MASTER bedroom. Upstairs, you'll find the second bedroom featuring a QUEEN bed, a TWIN BUNK bed and a PYRAMID BUNK bed. The TV is for STREAMING SERVICES only. The LOFT AREA offers a MURPHY/DOUBLE BED with a sectional sofa. They share a FULL BATH.



Meadowridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. This unit is SKI IN ONLY (WEATHER PERMITTING), and within WALKING DISTANCE to the TRAIL. SHUTTLE service is also available. The small viewing deck offers a grand view of the mountains. GUEST USE OF GAS GRILL IS PROHIBITED. 


Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.  


 All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
