Owner requires a $2,500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit for all stays.
The refundable deposit will be processed 30 days before arrival and released back to the card provided 7 days after departure pending any damages.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
