This listing comfortably accommodates up to four guests, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable space to relax and unwind. In the event that you have a fifth person in your group, a pull-out bed can be requested to provide additional sleeping arrangements.

During your stay at our VRBO, you will have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring complete privacy and convenience. Feel free to make yourself at home in our beautifully decorated space.

Please note that the laundry room is located in the shared space on the lower level. It is easily accessible and available for your use during your stay. The dryer in the laundry room operates with coins, so please ensure you have some on hand for your laundry needs.

Parking is available for your convenience. You can comfortably park two cars tandem on the right side of the property, allowing for efficient use of space. We understand the importance of sustainable travel, which is why we also provide a Tesla charger for guests with electric vehicles. Please see photos for parking instructions.

Identity Verification: For the safety and security of all guests, we require a photo of the passport or driver's license from each person entering the property. This is a standard procedure that helps ensure a secure environment for everyone involved. There are security cameras all around the house installed on the exterior walls.

No Events or Parties: To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, events and parties are strictly prohibited on the premises. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

Agreement to House Rules: By confirming your reservation, you automatically agree to abide by the house rules established for our VRBO listing. These rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all guests. We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with these rules and adhere to them throughout your stay.

Our space comfortably accommodates up to four people for a restful night's sleep. The sleeping arrangements include ample bedding and sleeping arrangements for this number of guests. However, if you require additional space for an extra person, we are happy to provide a mattress upon prior arrangement before your booking. This ensures that we can adequately prepare and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Please let us know in advance if you require the additional mattress so that we can make the necessary arrangements. We strive to meet your needs and make your stay with us a memorable one.

Laundry machine is in a common area shared between the rest of the tenants in the building. Each cycle of drying cost $2 and it takes a Toonie coin.

An AC unit has been installed in the living room for your comfort. Additionally, we've provided two fans, one for each bedroom, to help cool down the rooms. To optimize air circulation, please consider leaving the bedroom doors open, allowing the airflow from the AC to reach the bedrooms effectively. The wall-mounted AC unit is conveniently operated using a remote control.
