The dining and kitchen spaces are well appointed with all essential amenities you require. Guests are welcome to explore the incredible grounds that Mayfield has to offer. Guests will also love that they can enjoy a local wine or two in the sunny backyard accompanied by a delicious cheese platter.

Take advantage of the amazing views offered by your own colourful piece of Orange countryside that surrounds the home. The house is surrounded by some very friendly animals who roam the grounds, so be sure to close all doors behind you, as they love to explore the homes!

At your doorstep is the world-class vineyard, Mayfield Wines. Orange CBD is less than a 10-minute drive away and here you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, shopping & more.

BOOKING ENHANCEMENTS:
Two days prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to a form where you can request some additional items at an extra fee to make your stay even better! You can request enhancement such as an early check in or a late checkout or a bottle of locally produced wine on arrival. Let us know if you have any questions about this process at any stage!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry along with regular farmers markets and much more.
Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award-winning restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Please ensure that all external doors are closed behind you, so that no animals make themselves welcome inside. During your stay, you may encounter some wild peacocks roaming the grounds - please kindly avoid feeding them. Please also be aware that peacocks are attracted to shiny elements, in the past they have been known to hop onto cars.

Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
