We just enjoyed the private, secluded, and beautiful surroundings. There was plenty of space between other properties which gave us the luxury of moving around without being noticed. We appreciated all the large windows which truly enhanced our views of the outdoors.

Such a beautiful location. You feel like you're all alone, but you're close enough to anything you could want from a town. Bed was comfy and the rental had everything we could e asked for. 10/10

Lovely quiet property that is very well maintained! It had a great area for bonfires and we had wild turkeys in the yard every morning. The only downfall was the steep steps down to the river.

Very spacious spot in the woods that is convenient for getting over to lakes. The dock to the Mississippi River is beautiful, and the rest of the grounds (such as the fire pit) is well kept. Travelers should be sure to bring their own bath toiletries, but there were plenty of towels for the group. Overall a great place for a large group to spend a weekend going out to the lakes.

Property was as advertised. Home was fairly clean except for ants and other bugs in both bathrooms. Previous guests had left a overflowing and stinky garbage bin in garage. Beds where very comfortable. Kitchen was adequately supplied with cookware .

We're glad the property lived up to its description and that you found the beds comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We're sorry about the ants in both bathrooms and the garbage situation in the garage. The bathrooms have been treated and sprayed, and after discovering animal activity getting into the cans, we've since secured them with straps and had them cleaned.

The property was beautiful. It was so amazingly peaceful and we loved listening to the sounds of nature. Being surrounded by the trees with no nearby neighbors was wonderful. We seen some deer and a snapper plus caught a catfish. This was a much needed staycation and this place was perfect for it! We will be planning another stay in the near future.

Loved the layout that allows the cooks in the kitchen or at the grill to still feel part of the group! The bedrooms being separated from each other by the MASSIVE kitchen and living room was wonderful as someone in the group snores! I got my steps in just preparing meals in the amazing kitchen! The outdoor space with a patio seating area, lots of grass to play with the pups and a fire pit area for enjoying smores was more than expected. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience

That property was just as advertised. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, extremely private with great views of the sunrise and wildlife. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommended.

Beautiful home and a relaxing stay!

We spent most of our time just going for walks with our dog and making fires in the firepit. It was a very welcomed and needed rest for us. The home was a beautiful place to stay and the snacks were a very appreciated surprise.

Peaceful hideaway

We came to the Brainerd area to meet up with our aunt and uncle. Landlord was very responsive and deer and wildlife were plentiful. Beautiful home and surroundings. Will book again at next year’s visit!

Great, modern cabin on beautiful Mississippi. It has everything that you need to have a wonderful “up north” Minnesota trip. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Place

We were there for a weekend for the races at BIR. Perfect size location for my wife, myself and a family friend. The location is outstanding! Grilling and hanging out in the backyard after the races was a perfect place to relax!
