This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit in Christchurch. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom single level apartment with lift access. Offering a very short walk into Town for the extensive selection of bars and restaurants, otherwise the property offers a fully equipped kitchen and balcony to enjoy the sunny afternoons. Complete with Queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate a 3rd guest. High speed internet and washing machine.
This single level apartment is a great base for exploring Christchurch, the apartment is accessible via lift or stairs. With 1 bedroom - Offering a Queen bed in the bedroom and 1 bathroom. Comfortably sleeping 2 guests, but with the flexibility to have a 3rd Guest with the Sofa bed located in the living area. Please note Sofa bed linen is an additional cost.
Open plan Kitchen, Living and dining area opening out to the balcony via the ranch slider to enjoy the sunshine and view.
The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large 50 inch flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating making it easy to enjoy meals together. Should you choose to dine out it is a very short walk to an incredible number of restaurants, bars, eateries and cafes.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5-Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
Guests will have access to the entire ground floor apartment. Lockbox access makes it easy to enter the property.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.
The property does not come with an allocated carpark, the property has street parking only.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city apartment. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
