An expansive wraparound deck provides you with ample views of the surrounding area. The covered parking is roomy enough to bring along a boat should you wish to explore the water by sea and by land. Indoors, the open concept living space is roomy enough for a crowd, offering spaces for action and entertainment as well as rest and relaxation. Wood paneled walls and ceilings add design and warmth to the space, accented by large picture windows showcasing the local scenery. The living room features comfortable sofa seating and a large, mounted smart TV which can be enjoyed from anywhere in the room. The dining room table can easily accommodate 6 for meals or game nights, with 3 additional stools at the kitchen counter. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for whatever type of meal you’re in the mood for, with a Keurig coffee maker highlighting your morning hours.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 3 full size and 1 twin size bed in a 2-bunkbed setup. A smart TV is also included.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
