Our 1.5-bedroom 1 toilet & bathroom unit in BGC sleeps 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 kids). Located near St. Luke's Hospital, it is impeccably furnished with high-end appliances including a washer & drier, microwave oven, toaster, cooktop, cookware, dishes and cutlery. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser and an ample closet. The living room converts into a second bedroom with a sofa that converts to a double-sized bed with privacy door and partition. WiFi and streaming access are included.
The space
The tastefully designed unit is inspired by a tiny house with views of the swimming pool and amenities deck.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser, ample closet space, gadget chargers and hair dryer.

The living room easily converts into a spare bedroom with a sofa bed the pulls out into a double-sized bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 kids or an adult. It has a closet with a lockable drawer, Smart TV with streaming video (Netflix) and local digital channels , Samsung Bluetooth Soundbar and gadget chargers. A lockable sliding door and partition provides privacy for the spare bedroom.

The kitchen comes with Panasonic Refrigerator and Microwave Oven, electric kettle, convection oven and toaster, cookware and basic Asian cooking condiments.

The dining area sits 4 comfortably, with all the dishes, table linen and cutlery you need.

The toilet has a bidet, medicine cabinet and a heated rain and handheld shower.

The unit comes with a Samsung washer dryer combo (7.5kg capacity) and provisions for air drying clothes .

All air conditioners, refrigerator and washing machine are environmentally friendly inverter types. With WiFi provided, you have internet access on your devices.
Guest access
The tiny house is wheelchair accessible but the toilet is not equipped for PWD needs. The swimming pool and function rooms in the building may be accessed subject to prior notice and applicable condominium rules.
Other things to note
Long-term stays are preferred, with discounted rates.

For stays beyond one week, bed sheets and towels are changed at no extra charge. However, additional cleaning services may be availed of during such stays, subject to fees.
