The upper level offers a master suite, a living space with an enclosed wood heater, ( firewood not supplied) and a kitchen and meals area. The large corner couch and smart TV provide comfort and entertainment. Ceiling fans and reverse cycle heating and cooling add to your comfort. The balcony leads to the private yard below with an inviting firepit area, perfect for starlit gatherings.

The lower level features three bedrooms, including two with queen beds and one with bunk beds, ideal for young adventurers. There is also a second kitchen, meals and lounge area making this home perfect for two families to live and cater separately or to come together in the larger space upstairs. The two levels are easily connected via the internal timber staircase.

Keys must be collected from and returned to Inverloch. At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.
