Hi Raven! Thank you for the review! We are so glad to hear you were satisfied with our team and the hard work of our maintenance and hospitality teams. We hate that you ran into some pests during your stay. Coastal areas, with their warm and humid environments are very prone to pests, especially water bugs. This home is on a monthly pest control treatment, as most homes in the area are. Sometimes an extra push is needed when it gets close to their monthly service date. Again, we hate you ran into issues, but we hope you stay with us again soon!

Pam, Thank you for your feedback! We are so happy to hear the property suited your family! You are correct, there is not a public beach access directly across from the house as that is a private motel's lot, but the public access is only a couple houses down. We keep standard amenities in the property however between rentals some items get broken, lost, etc. so we apologize if any of the items were not there for you. We do keep a small supply of items at our office for instances such as these and to be able bring down the missing item when we are alerted. Typically all of our units keep a broom/ dustpan and vacuum in the unit, so we will have our hospitality team double check to make sure these items are still at the unit. They may have been tucked away in a closet! Glad to hear that you found the remote for the fan in the living room. The bedroom with the bunkbed does have a fan/ light combo, however due to safety, we do not provide the remote for the fan to run. Glad to hear you also enjoyed some of the amenities in the area!
