A quick 5-9 minute tram ride whisks you to the heart of Melbourne's vibrant gems – Melbourne Central, QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, and the enchanting Chinatown.

Discover a tapestry of boutique bars, charming cafes, and captivating attractions that adorn the surroundings.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop on Swanston St right at your doorstep.

Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Grattan St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min tram ride or a 10min walk away from us.

If you drive, we have secured 2 FREE parking for you.

Other Things to Note:
This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults comfortably but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$14 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th adult would be on a daybed that pulls out to a double & a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a double with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.

If your preferred dates are available, please feel free to book 'em. If the dates that you're after are blocked, they are most likely taken.
