All in one; hot tub, Projector, foosball, air hockey, and 2 minutes walk to the water, so relax with the whole family at this peaceful place just 150 km from Toronto / 90 minutes from downtown on premium secluded lot away from the highway (no noise and no traffic).
The space
Welcome to your cottage, located in the Sturgeon Lakes region of south-central Ontario. It is a large lake with three towns at the terminus of each of its three large arms – Lindsay at the south end, Fenelon Falls at the north-west end, and Bobcaygeon at the east end.
*The property features with peaceful and romantic setting; 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 sofas, Projector, foosball, air hockey and more. There is a hot tub too!
*This 4 season Beautiful cottage is sure to create amazing memories any time of the year.
*The space is only suited for a 3 couple (8 adults) or a small family (6 adults and 2 children), due to the size of our cottage and the septic system.
*We do not allow bigger groups and will be there for check-in to ensure our rules are respected.
**NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS, please do not send requests asking.
**Washing Machine/ Dryer not provided for short term stays.
*The kitchen offers all your cooking necessities, a full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a dinning table with place settings for six people. There are glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, cooking and eating utensils.
*For the mornings we have a coffee and tea. A spring water tower (water included) is also provided, as the water to the cottage is pulled from the well.
*Full size dryer (washer is not for use due to having septic tank).
*The washroom has been completely remodeled and newly renovated.
*The bedrooms have bed frames, and 2 of them are queen size and one is double.
*The living room offers cozy lounging sofa, so you stretch out or snuggle up at night to watch movies (a mix IPTV channels + Amazon Prime ) on the smart TV programming featuring extensive selection of documentaries, shows and movies for all ages and interests.
*The basement offers you projector and cinema vibe beside game tables such as Air Hockey and Foosball.
*Free high speed WiFi is provided.
*There is a propane and electrical heater unit for your comfort, that aids on cold season. In addition, there are extra wall heater and full size heat pump.
*Stunning sunsets — North exposure
*Crystal-clear blue water will make you feel as though you were swimming in the Caribbean
*Fall colors and outdoor fires
*Winter skating on the lake or snowmobiling on the trails
**Recreation
Watersports – Sturgeon Lake is a large lake and has many interesting boating destinations, including Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls.
Fishing – With its large size and abundance of fish habitat, Sturgeon Lake is known as a very good fishing lake, with Muskie, Bass and Walleye the primary sport fish.
Swimming – Sturgeon Lake warms up quickly and the swimming is great if you have limestone-bottomed waterfront. There are also a few sandbars along the northern shores of the lake that are popular with swimmers.
Hiking – The Ken Reid Conservation area near Lindsay has excellent hiking, as does the 85 km long Victoria Rail Trail which runs just inland from the western shores of Sturgeon Lake.

*Full access to cottage, parking spaces for max 4 cars.
*Hot tub
*Free public boat launch 1 min walk down the road from the cottage.
*Public dock and swim area with shallow entry, great for kids, sit on the dock, have a coffee or glass of wine and watch the sunset or do fishing. (will be open from June 1st to Oct 1st)
*Kids playing ground right across the street.

*All hand towels and bedding washed in hot water and dried that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF

** Do not take the chance of losing your deposit by bringing your pet or over crowding the property with extra guests**
