Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Cute & updated condo. Bed was VERY uncomfortable but all other furniture was nice. Management was great. Responded quickly and let us check in early.

Great Weekend

We were in town for the Formula 1 race and stayed here. The beach is only half a block away, there are many great restaurants within walking distance and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is only about a 20 minute drive.

Excellent location! Just feet away from the broardwalk & ocean. The unit was as advertised. Quiet location. King bed was comfortable. Bedding was just ok. Livingroom furniture was cute but not very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed to make light breakfast & lunches. Only downfall was the parking. Unit does not have a designated parking space. We got a spot on our 1st day. We move car once and when we returned no spots available. Finally, one opened up. We decided not to move car again as there are plenty enough food and entertainment on the broardwalk ... Good time! We paid for the pricey one-month city parking pass ... Ugh But was glad we did because every morning tons of cars had parking tickets. Can't testify to the A/C as it was cooler when we were there in January. The unit was adequately clean. We had a wonderful time this area did not disappoint. We would stay in this unit again.
