**The HOA has announced that the pool will be closed from September 25 2024 to January 10 2025 (at the latest) to work on the ocean facing facad of the building.

Additionally, the HOA will be working on windows, painting and waterproofing from 5/1/25 - 8/18/25, so the views may be obstructed from the windows and the balconies may have minimal access.
