Our exposed beam chalet style five bedroom home is the perfect place to enjoy the many wonderful attractions Methven and the surrounding area have to offer such as Mt Hutt, Opuke Hot Pools, Mt Hutt Bike Park, Staveley Ice Skating Rink, Methven Golf Course and a plethora of walking tracks and incredible eateries.

As you step inside to the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area alongside laundry with washing machine and tub. This layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing everyone to gather and socialise in one central space. The lounge area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a great fireplace, perfect for those chilly winter nights.

The well-equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials to cook up a meal for your group.

Outside, the house is situated on a rear section with a shared driveway. To respect the neighbors' parking space, only one vehicle may be parked in front of the house. However, there's plenty of free roadside parking available for additional vehicles, ensuring all guests can park comfortably.
