The Durham features ducted heating and cooling throughout the home. A wood fireplace has been appointed to the front sitting room. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a ceiling fan, and bedroom 3 features a pedestal fan.

The home extends a warm welcome to both indoor and outdoor pets.

Guests can expect to be spoilt for choice with an array of nearby iconic cafes and restaurants, heritage parks, eclectic boutique shopping, and vibrant bars. Admire the scenic views and rolling hills as you travel an easy 9 minutes between your dream holiday destination and the ultimate wine tasting session at the renowned Mount Panorama Wines. Late night dinners are made easy with a 1 min walk to The Terrace (Thai restaurant).

Treat the group to a visit to the beautiful Machattie Park, a must-visit Victorian park with stunning gardens, a duck pond, and an elaborate water fountain. This property has a fireplace and firepit that you are welcome to use. Firewood is not provided. There are several local shops where you can purchase some on your way into town, or we would be happy to provide some for you if you'd like to purchase some using the Booking Enhancement form that you are sent with your booking confirmation and other correspondence you receive from us.
