Please be aware that the aircon in the living is out of order however additional heating has been provided.

-Please note king beds can be split into singles. If you require this please let us know at the time of booking.

-Please note: Guests can expect to climb 7 stairs to enter the home.

-The rear parking lot will be shared with guests in other units. We ask that you are considerate of noise levels and that you only park 1 car in the parking area. If guests are travelling with an additional car, please kindly park this on the street.
