Upon entering Sunset Pointe, you will be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts a stone fireplace mantel that extends to the ceiling, offering a warm and cozy atmosphere. The living area is also equipped with a TV and comfortable seating, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen at Sunset Pointe features premium fixtures and appliances, including under-cabinet lighting, upgraded utilities, and cooking amenities. The kitchen island offers seating for four, and a custom live-edge 10' counter bar located in front of a window that overlooks the lake, providing a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a late-night drink. The dining area is in the kitchen, ensuring that guests can enjoy meals together in a comfortable and convenient setting. The main level deck provides breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake while the front porch overlooks the community pool. The deck is equipped with a solid wall to the south, providing privacy. You and your family can enjoy a fireplace and outdoor TV, as well as a lounge area with composite decking, outdoor dining, and sitting areas. Additionally, there are oscillating fans and electric heaters located on the deck, ensuring that you can enjoy the outdoor space year-round.

There are two king bedrooms located on the main level of the home, providing easy accessibility for those who may have difficulty navigating stairs. The lower level of the home features a queen bedroom, a king bedroom, and a bunk room with two triple twin bunks, providing a perfect place for families or groups traveling together. The upper level of the home boasts two additional king bedrooms, as well as a sitting room with a daybed, offering a comfortable and convenient space for everyone to relax and unwind. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. For the littlest family members, there is a high chair and pack-n-play!
