Magnificent Executive Lake House on White Lake

Located 45 minutes from Peterborough and less than 2 hours from Toronto, White Lake offers the perfect setting for creating beautiful memories with friends and family.

Our 6000 sq ft executive Lake House features 150 ft of clean landscaped shoreline with a large dock and a gazebo to enjoy all the beauty this area offers. With several outdoor seating areas with fire pits, a large Sundance 780 hot tub and a new large barrel sauna, you and your family will have plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Included with your stay are two kayaks, a canoe, stand-up paddle boards, a pedal boat, and an assortment of outdoor games and activities. For those who love outdoor cooking, our cottage provides a wood-fire pizza oven, two propane Weber BBQs and a Kamado Joe ceramic grill for your use.

A Chef's kitchen with Wolf stove, built in Thermador coffee maker, Miele dishwasher and a large butcher block island will more than meet your needs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, and all the basic necessities you will need. Our Lake House also comes with a wine fridge on the main floor in addition to a small kitchenette on our lower level for your use. Additional kitchen supplies are located there. Our dining table can seat ten comfortably and is great for family feasts.

There are three separate sitting areas on our main level. A giant Napoleon gas fireplace will make your evening nice and cozy in our sunken main floor seating area or enjoy a movie in another one of our seating areas. Across from the kitchen island you can sit and look out at the lake and watch the sunrise in the morning. while you enjoy your fresh brewed espresso.

After enjoying the day, retire to one of our Lake House's seven bedrooms each featuring a queen size beds, all-season duvets, premium linens and a large new tv. There are 2 bedrooms on our upper level, 3 bedrooms on the lower level and 2 bedrooms tucked away in the garage loft - along with a separate seating area and 3-piece bathroom. This layout provides great privacy making sharing with multiple families easy.

The primary bedroom is located on our upper level and has a cozy gas fireplace as well as a new four piece ensuite with heated floors and a walk-in shower for two. Also on our upper level, for the kids, there is a bedroom that features a climbing wall that leads up to a private little nook with a twin bed for them to enjoy. This room also has a 3- piece ensuite. There is a sitting area on the upper level with a new 70 inch smart tv - a great area to escape to or a spot for children to unwind before bed.

From the lower level, you can walk out and access our hot tub and sauna directly or simply stay inside and play pool, ping pong table, or even air hockey. There are many board games, books and activities as well as some exercise equipment to keep all busy. The lower level is heated with radiant floor heating to ensure your comfort. There are 3 bedroom on the lower level, each with a 70 inch tv and premium linens provided. A steam shower can be found in our lower level full bath. Plenty of new high quality towels are provided in addition to large beach towels for outdoor use.

Our Lake House has a washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. We ask that you be mindful of water use as we are on a well. There is central air throughout with the exception of the garage loft which has separate AC. As the summer can get hot, fans are available to further provide comfort should they be required.

You will be asked to review our House Rules upon booking and provide details regarding your group - full names of guests, number of cars on property during your stay. We can accommodate parking for up to six cars.
Maximum occupancy 16 people.
We also will require Photo ID of the primary guest.

You will have access to the full cottage with exception of:
1. Garage
2. Lower level utility rooms
3. Walk-in closet in primary bedroom
This is were we store our personal items and supplies.

Please note that the dock and some of the patio furniture will only be accessible during the summer season and is closed from November - mid April.
Water shoes are recommended and not provided.
Some life jackets are available on site.
Some firewood is provided and additional can be purchased if requested.

As we respect our neighbours, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9 am.
No vaping or smoking in the house at any time.
No events/ parties
No pets
Please do not move or relocate furniture.
Please remove garbage from house and place in outdoor bins upon departure.

A security deposit of $1500 will be required to cover for any broken or missing items and refunded after the house has been checked after your stay (within 72 hrs). Please notify us immediately if any broken objects.
