It was hard to imagine a better home, location, and host. Larry set the bar pretty high for other VRBO hosts we may contract in the future. Thoughtful, attentive, considerate, and better than anticipated in all the ways that matter to me most.

We were very pleasantly impressed. It was exceptionally clean all around. It felt like home away from home. We were able to park our cars (tightly) in the garage and walk everywhere. It was such a beautiful quaint neighborhood, quiet, away from all the touristy areas. The few times we contacted our host, Meagan she was always there. I would gladly , no "we" would gladly come back to this property in a moment's notice. We are already planning when we can come back.

Perfect weekend getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. This house is literally next to the beach. The house was great, we only stayed 2 nights but had no complaints because we were to busy walking/riding the trails and weren't in the house much. I would rent this place again!! It was very clean which for me is the number 1 priority, beds were comphy

Cali Adventure

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the central coast. The location is close to the beach, but still away from the tourist traffic. It is centrally located to everything (shops, restaurants, aquarium, beach). The host was very accommodating and helpful. The home has what you need with the historic charm of Pacific Grove.

We loved the location!! Walked every morning Along the path, enjoyed the downtown area, and walked everywhere!!The home was super clean and the floor plan was ideal for our family. Spilt bedroom arrangement and two living rooms have is options for having blended ages all staying together!!Also having a garage was an added bonus for us!!We would be extremely happy to stay here again!!

Great family vacay close to all the beach and Monterey have to offer

Nicely appointed house that is within walking distance of the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Lovers Point Beach Park. Our family loved it. We slept comfortably, enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, walked the beach multiple times, played golf nearby and walked to restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We would stay here again in a minute.

Nice stay

Overall nice stay. the house is in an amazing location. It is a bit dated and I feel needs updating but is clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and when I texted the response was not great.

Location

The location of this property is excellent as it has a short walk to the trail that runs along the beautiful shoreline. there is a musty smell on the ground floor and the garage is only big enough for two cars if they are both compacts, and the drive is too short to park a medium size vehicle.

The place was very clean, extremely well equipped. Fantastic location. I don't know the next time we'll be in this area, but coming back to this property will be at the top of our list when we do. We came in a rental car, so it was very nice having the garage to protect it. We appreciated all linens included because we couldn't travel with them. The property is walkable to many great restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. Loved seeing sea otters and ground squirrels and other wildlife. I appreciated the balance of modern amenities and actual charm in this house. Some rental properties lack character but not the case here. The entire neighborhood was delightful. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. Thank you for contributing to making our first family trip to the west coast a success!

This was the perfect house and location for us. Beach and ocean at the end of the block and Restaurants 2 blocks and walkable. House had 3 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and a good size living area. Garage fit 2 midsize SUV’s; tight but doable. Small outside area in front, but no backyard. 10 minutes to Aquarium and Cannery Row

Property and location were great. It was worrisome prior to check in as to what the procedure was website said they would contact us 24 hours before to let us know what the procedure was for checking in period we didn’t hear from them until that morning, which was kind of worrisome and stressful

Great Location

Spacious and comfortable home at a great location! Easy to get to restaurants and activities from Monterey to Carmel. Having garage access was great for parking. Owner communicates timely with us. He graciously worked to accommodate our last minute request. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes, but wished there were screens on the windows. There was no DVD player as advertised; thankfully, we were able to hook up our portable player to their TV. We would rent from this home again.

Lovely stay at Lovers' Point

The property is a little bit dated, but clean and comfortable, with large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The location is fabulous, close to good restaurants, walks along the shore, biking or long walking to lots of Monterey. We had the good fortune to spend an hour or so watching whales jumping in the distance from the point one evening - that was one magical moment in a lovely week. Family did two days at the aquarium, one day at the beach, and one day of whale watching, plus we did some hiking further down the coast. On our departure, property managers were very helpful in reporting a forgotten portable extra laptop screen in a timely fashion, and helped us get it back while the cleaning crew was still there.
