**LIVING ROOM**

The living room has 2 individual sofas and a sofa bed. There is also a Smart TV and fireplace to have fun after a big day in Canmore.

**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**

The condo features 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. You'll find the following sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed, fireplace, TV, four-piece ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, personal TV, and an electric fireplace.
You'll also find another four-piece bathroom located conveniently next to the second bedroom.

All essentials are provided such as towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, etc. There are also extra pillows and blankets available for your comfort.

**DINING AREA**

The dining area boasts a dining table with enough sitting for 6 guests to enjoy your favorite meals.

**KITCHEN**

The kitchen is open concept modern style, with all you need to make your favorite meals. You'll find the following amenities:

We believe that you should not pack your kitchen basics. Instead, we provide our guests with the following cooking utensils:

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire unit along with all the resort's amenities including the fitness center, hot-tub, pool, Kid's Plan Room, and underground parking.

ADDITIONAL RULES
1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.

2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.

3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of the nightly rate.

4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge the nightly rate.

5. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.

6. Pets: This unit is NOT pet-friendly.

7. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.
