The Space:
Oneroa Olive Estate is an architecturally designed house which stands within large open grounds. There are numerous outdoor and indoor entertaining areas. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house whilst a stand alone cottage with ensuite provides privacy for a couple. The Estate feels like it is a million miles from the rest of the world, but Oneroa village with its shops and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away. The property is 400m from the beach and just 2km from the ferry. Waiheke's world famous vineyards are a short drive away.

Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed plus single bed, Bedroom 4 is in the cottage - Queen bed with ensuite

Please note: Rates are based on 7 guests. There is a $100 per person, per night fee for over 7 guests with a maximum of 9. A compulsory exit clean of $450 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. There is easy parking at the property.
