The first-floor great room is truly a sight to behold with its tall A-frame ceiling, beautiful wood flooring, and incredible natural light that illuminates the space. A cozy living area complete with plush seating in front of a fireplace and TV provides plenty of space to relax, unwind, and take in all the surrounding beauty. With gorgeous views through the sliding glass doors that lead out onto a quaint deck, guests can watch the golfers passing by under centuries-old live oaks draped in Spanish moss. Adjacent to the living area, there's a lovely dining space with seating for 4, offering expansive views out a large wall of windows. Any chef will love the open and airy kitchen, which has been thoughtfully updated with high-end stainless steel appliances. Plus, the spacious island provides ample counter space for meal preparation and entertaining. When it's time to retire for the night, there are 3 guest bedrooms to choose from—one with a queen bed and desk area and the other on the second floor with a queen-size bed.
