With it's prime location in the heart of the CBD, this resort-style stay will put you straight into holiday mode with its shared lagoon pool and gym. The first studio is compact, featuring a plush king bed and cosy living area with chairs to kick back and watch TV. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided to keep you feeling refreshed.

In the larger studio, you'll find a more open layout flowing to a private balcony framing sprawling views of the CBD skyline and Arafura Sea where you can watch the ships pass by. The kitchen offers everything you'll need to prepare a quick bite to eat, including an electric stove, mini fridge, microwave and dishwasher for easy clean up. All four guests can dine together at the table before hitting the town to sip on a few cocktails. Come home to get some sleep in the queen bed, dressed in hotel-quality linens. There is ample wardrobe space in both studios to store your belongings, while a combination of air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you comfortable in Darwin's heat.

Both apartments feature dedicated study nooks to catch up on work-related tasks and modern ensuites, with one offering a bath to enjoy a leisurely soak come evening.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire adjacent apartments to yourself and access to a communal outdoor pool and gym. Please make yourself at home!

You’ll be primely located just a few minutes walk from the CBD’s galleries, bars and eateries; the Waterfront Precinct and the Esplanade. You’re also just a few minutes from Mitchell Street Restaurant Precinct and Smith Street Mall.

Start your days at Table Forty Three located on the ground floor of the building and end them experiencing the Waterfront Precinct’s Oyster Bar where you won’t be able to pull your eyes away from the sweeping views—especially at sunset. If you’d like a different dining experience, head to Little Miss Korea, run by celebrity Chef Chung Jae Lee.

If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
