We had a great 4 night stay at this house. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace. Very clean and all necessary elements provided. We enjoyed the decor as well. Easy check in/check out process. Outside of downtown so quieter area.

It was a very good stay, but the TV options were limited and we could have used more towels and wash cloths. The unit was very roomy and the location worked well for us. All in all a positive experience.

Great place to stay in Niagara. Very family friendly. The house is good and clean. The beds could definitely be upgraded as they are very creaky and the mattresses feel very warn, and the carpet seems like it could use a good shampooing. We just needed a place to sleep as we were out the full days and it did the job. Overall was a decent place for the price.

Great house! We had three kids and three adults and the four bedrooms were perfect. Great to have the attached bathrooms. Great layout. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Easy to find. Close to Niagara outlets and downtown. Perfect trip!

Communications with the host were excellent. Overall property and amenities provided were average, not what I would say luxury as advertised. Furniture was inexpensive and flimsy, the bedding and bath towels were very inexpensive and only one towel provided in each bath., and no face clothes provided at all. Not a bad place just not luxury.

Good location and proximity to Niagra Falls. A few things on the property were in need of repair/maintenance/ deep cleaning when we got there: kitchen faucet needs to be reset or caulked, master bedroom carpet is light in color and had many stains, many of the walls have scuff marks, master bedroom door will not stay closed, the dresser in the master bedroom had a broken handle and seemed very cheap, the ottoman in lower living room appears broken. The furniture in the lower living room was not comfortable or cozy, which was disappointing as I would have liked to sit down and relax there more.The host had good communication, the kitchen seemed well stocked with cookware, but we truthfully ate out most of the time, it was great to have several bathrooms for a family of 4, and the layout of the house works well. The beds were comfortable. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to town and close to fun activities.

As mentioned, this is our comments with respect to the rental of your property. The general layout and size are perfect. High ceilings spacious rooms, private restrooms, everything is there for it to be a very interesting place to rent. However, not having a phone number to call in case of something is not acceptable. Should we have had an issue with the lock, we would have been stuck outside. In addition, your smoke detector is most probably broken and as I mentioned, it was beeping every 30 seconds or so. In fact, we had to unplug it and turn the switch off. As it stands, it is a security hazard. The main issue is cleanliness! The house is filthy and as you requested, here are some pictures we took. Vase of flowers in the nook table. It’s now outside because it was faded and full of little flies, so we left it on the patio.All the tables seemed to have been wiped with a dirty rag as the are smears all over them. We were forced to clean dishes before using it in a dishwasher that doesn’t function so well. Unfortunately, no picture of that was taken, but there was grease all over the dishes. I have a short video of the kitchen sink faucet coming off, now that was not pleasant! The stove top is filthy. The inside of the oven is not really better…As if all that is not enough and to top it all off, see the 20 some odd garbage bags in the garage. Imagine the smell inside the house.It was filthy!

Home away from home

Very spacious modern house. Convenient place to stay when you're planning to visit niagara falls. It has everything you need. The laundry is a plus! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and will come back again soon. Highly recommended!

AMAZING STAY!!!

This house is amazing for a family as it is so spacious! We went as an end of summer Niagara get away, and it is so close to outlets, and the falls! The pen centre is also not far away. Its quiet and restful, so you can get a good nights sleep. The host is super responsive, and greatful for his support during our stay. I recommend anyone to stay in this amazing spot. Clean and affordable! Thank you for having us!!!

5 day holiday to visit Niagra house was very nice and good location for local attractions Not convinced that all beds had been changed as blood spots on sheets in master not the fault but host but his cleaning company Bed in master not built properly had to put mattress on floor host was very responsive to all messages

Hi Linda, I'm very sorry to hear about the blood spots - this may have been caused by the previous guest and my cleaner has not made me aware of this, I have changed the bedding completely in the Master bedroom entirely with new Duvets, bed sheets and pillows. The master bedroom had a faulty wood piece under the mattress, this has been changed aswell. Thank you for letting me know and these items have been changed for any of my future guests booking this property.

Very comforting and homey!

The place gave us the exact feeling of comfort needed from a 10-hr drive. Rooms were clean and carpeted. The whole house air conditioning was centralized. It was also equipped with kitchen necessities. The place was only a few minutes away from Clifton hill, Niagara falls and Niagara outlet mall that’s why we were able to maximize our stay tripping outside. The host was very responsive and kind with our requests too. Happy we chose this house!

Gets the job done

It’s new but could use better furniture also the town of Thor hold are dishonest and take advantage of foreigners they put up a no parking sign up in the middle of the week and gave me a ticket the same day.

Nice spacious house

Couch chair leg was broken and was being held up by prices of wood that would shift when someone sat down. But overall the house was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Not overly kid friendly if you plan on spending a lot of time in the house as there is a lot of glass furniture!

Spacious home

We thought home location was great and also spacious for my family for 9 of us. The amount of cleaning fee was charged the house was not clean. Linens were not sufficient and quality of linens were not great.

I'm sorry that you did not like the linens, I have changed the linens to bedsheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases and duvets with over 300+ thread counts and a very silky material to ensure all my guests are content going forward. The cleaner has been changed too, I have received 5 star reviews for how clean my house has been in previous guest visits, nonetheless I have made my cleaner aware of this and she will ensure to provide extra cleaning services. The charge for cleaning is very standard for a 4 bedroom home of 2500 Sq ft. I have lowered the cleaning fee nonetheless to ensure future guests are content with the services.

Good Stay

This home was in a great location and a great size. I would have given it a five-star review, but when we got there there was leftover food in the fridge and food also left in the microwave. I had to clean them both out. The beds were less than desirable. They are IKEA mattresses that are already starting to cave in. The bed in the master bedroom was broken, which meant we had to bring the mattress on the floor. If a few improvements are made, this would be a fantastic house!

Nice house with alot of potential

The house was very nice and clean, but some essentials need improvement. The main reason for the rental was for a place to sleep and eat after spending time at a family celebration in the Niagara region. We found the beds to be less than desired. In bedroom 2 the Jingxun mattress was too soft and sunk down too much. In bedroom 1 the mattress sunk lower that the edge of the bed frame. In bedroom 3 the bed frame was falling apart, leaving an uneven mattress support. Regarding amenities, we couldn't find some of the items in the listing or photographs. We never did find the jetted bathtub. The couch in the living room didn't feel safe with the brick holding up one corner. If you address these things it would be an excellent rental for visitors to the Niagara region that just need a place to stay at the end of an exciting day.
