With air conditioning in the open loungeroom and fans throughout, you can easily stay cool or turn on the gas fireplace to keep warm in the loungeroom. There is also an additional fold-out single bed, should an additional guest be required.

Open up to the outdoor entertaining areas, with a with a deck leading straight out of bedroom 1 with views of the water, deck chairs to relax in, and a fire pit to sit around. The main deck provides cover from the elements whilst still embracing the fresh air, with the kitchen windows leading out to a breakfast buffet and a BBQ to cook up some great meals. There are two driveways, with a single lock up garage as well as a single carport.
