Our Guest Contact will create a comprehensive notebook covering the TV and A/C operation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. -We appreciate your feedback regarding the availability of kitchen towels and pillows. We will instruct our cleaning crew to ensure that sufficient towels and washcloths are provided in the kitchen. -Pillows were already provided on the sofa to enhance guest comfort. Our Guest Contact will double-check the availability of additional pillows in the closet. Regrettably, the blinds have been damaged by previous guests, resulting in their replacement twice already. -Additionally, we've already purchased and sent two pool nets to the property for guest use.
