A sophisticated interior, thoughtful details, and state-of-the-art architecture all merge together to form our breathtaking home in South Adelaide.
Set in the quiet neighborhood of Unley, youâre just a stoneâs throw from all the restaurants, cafes, and attractions of the city centre. Plus, itâs less than a 15-minute drive to West Beach and the Adelaide Airport from here.
The 4-bedroom space can comfortably sleep up to 6 people (with the option of 8 if required), and the one-story layout makes this house an excellent option for families with kids, or groups of all ages. Enter the house via the path in the green front garden, which leads to a door on the verandah. All the bedrooms are at the front end of the house, while the kitchen, lounge, and dining rooms are at the back and open up to the back garden.
Catch up on your beauty sleep in the plush bedrooms, which boast elegant decor and high-end furnishings. All rooms boast luxury bedding, comfortable mattresses, and ambient bedside lighting. The master bedroom features an enormous en-suite bathroom with a double shower. The other three bedrooms have access to the shared bathroom, which features a shower, and a luxurious bathtub.
Unlike other holiday houses, we happily provide our guests with all linens and bedding. Bathrooms are stocked with bathrobes, bath towels, a bathmat, a hairdryer, shampoo, and soaps. Beach towels are also provided, since we hope youâll find plenty of time to enjoy the nearby beaches. These are all included within the cleaning fee â this way, you can arrive and unwind stress-free. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.
Gather in the gorgeous designer kitchen to prepare group feasts and hot beverages throughout your stay. The spacious kitchen design boasts plenty of natural lighting, marble countertops, bright white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. Eat in the adjacent dining area or enjoy meals outside al fresco style. Enjoy group movie nights on the smart TV by the wood fire in the open-plan living room area, where youâll find plenty of comfy couches and seating options. The living room opens up to the grassy outdoor area, where children can play while adults sit in the shaded outdoor seating area.
Feel free to wash your clothes in the fully furnished laundry room, which includes a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Laundry powder and a laundry tub are also provided at your disposal.
There is heating and air conditioning available in all spaces throughout the house to ensure your comfort. Stay connected with the high-speed Wi-Fi, which boasts a strong signal in every room of the house. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.
Guests are welcome to park cars in the double carport attached to the house. There is also space for 3 additional cars to park.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets, so please leave your furry friends at home.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
Weâre just a call or a message away if you need anything throughout your holiday. We look forward to hosting your stay!
