This cozy beach house has all the amenities you'll need, plenty of parking, a screened-in front porch with comfortable seating, a covered back deck, an additional open deck with a gas grill and outdoor eating area, a porch swing, a great backyard to sit and relax around the fire pit, and all the essentials you'll need to round out your stay! Enjoy nearby entertainment options like mini-golf, go-carts, an escape room, an ice cream parlor & much more, it's the perfect spot for family & friends.
Ground Level: Outside you will find a carport that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Additional benefits include a cargo lift, fenced-in backyard, fire pit, spacious wood deck with a gas grill and an outdoor eating area, plus a porch swing for relaxing!
Mid Level: Enter the home from the front or back stairs located off of the carport. Before unloading, unwind and take a breather on the screened-in porch. Inside you will find an open floor plan and plenty of room for entertaining. The home features a great room that includes a smart TV, gas fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors, books/ games for all ages, and plenty of natural light throughout. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a family-friendly dining room table that seats 6 is a chef's dream. After dinner, step outdoors to a covered deck and enjoy what Mother Nature has to offer. Located on this level, are 3 nice size bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed, smart TV, DVD player, workspace, sizeable private bathroom with vanity, makeup area, and washer and dryer. Bedroom # 2 features a Double bed and a twin Day Bed with a TV. Bedroom # 3 hosts a Queen bed with covered deck access. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
