Come stay at our brand new, modern 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse! This home is the perfect place for your mountain vacation getaway! You will get a burst of morning kitchen sunshine the stunning 18 ft ceiling or enjoy the mountain views from your own private deck. Or look outside the living room window to see what is happening at the pool!
Located on Kananaskis Way you are close to many restaurants, cafes, shops and even a brewery! Main street and Spring Creek is a short walk away!
The space
This brand modern new built (May 2023) townhouse is conveniently located in Canmore surrounded by shops, restaurants, art galleries, a brewery and Elevation Place! It is also a short walk to Canmore's main street.
Our home has 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and your private mountain view patio deck. This home is perfect for couples, families and small groups.
*KITCHEN (Upper Floor)*
Your opportunity to create your chef inspired meals with a fully equipped kitchen, where you can create delicious home cooked meals after a day of exploring the mountains.
The kitchen has all of the essential appliances you need:
- Oven, Stove, Kettle, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and a must-have Nespresso Coffee Machine with complimentary coffee pods to get you started.
It is also stocked with basic cookware and kitchen utensils such as:
- Plates, Water Glasses, Kid friendly Plates and Cups, Wine Glasses, Silverware, Mugs, Pots & Pans and Spice rack
There is also a dining area with 6 seats to enjoy your favorite meals.
*PATIO (Upper Floor)*
Stepping right from the kitchen, you will enjoy the mountain views from your very own private deck and patio. Grab a drink and throw some of your summer time foods with the brand new WEBER SPIRIT II E-310 Natural Gas grill! Or maybe you want to sit back and enjoy the mountain views on the patio chairs.
*LIVING ROOM (Upper Floor)*
The living room is set up with a 55" Smart TV and fireplace to watch your favorite movies with your loved ones. The TV is set up with all of your favorite streaming apps such as NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Crave and Gaia. If you turn around on the couch, you can people watch on the pool facing bright big window
*LAUNDRY*
Enjoy the convenience of the free insuite laundry so that you can stay fresh during your stay!
*BEDROOMS (Lower Floor)*
The space offers 3 private bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed.
Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (One Full bed and Two Twin beds).
The beds have high-quality, luxurious linen and pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.
*BATHROOMS (Lower and Upper Floor)*
Rejuvenate and relax in the bathrooms that we offer local hand made, natural, zero-waste sustainable Rocky Mountain soap and shampoo
Full Bathroom (lower): Bathroom with a mirror, sink, cabinet and a child friendly Bathtub.
Half Bathroom: With sink, mirror, cabinet, toilet.
Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, complimentary Rocky Mountain soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

We have a storage room under the stairs for all of your belongings.

We offer one FREE assigned parking stall during your stay.

Each unit in is assigned ONE parking stall only. The complex does not have visitor or additional parking. If you have more than 1 vehicle in your party, your options are:
-Street parking along Kananaskis Way
-Overnight paid parking at Elevation place parking lot (5 min walk)
*ACCESS DURING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION*
Please note that complex is being built and will be completed by Fall 2023 (It is interior work now so you wont need to worry about noise). There is a construction fence to block off the remaining buildings and pool that is being finished. Stroll along the sidewalk next to the building with the '113 Kananaskis Way' signage. You will see a black stairway that leads you to our unit.
*STAIRS*
The unit requires you to walk up stairs to access the home
