POOL HEATER:

Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

BBQ Grill
We rent grill from equipment rental company. It's delivered to home with full propane.

Three burners Grill is $85/week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day.
Four burners Grill is $105/week (tax included) and $15 for each additional day.
Please let us know which type of grill you would like to reserve.

- Early check-in/late check-out (depends on availability) is $45/hr

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your initial convenience only.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder, pepper and salt will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Package Delivery:
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. We are not responsible for missing delivery or returned package.

Video Cameras: There are security cameras placed outside of the property, one is the doorbell camera facing the driveway, the other facing the pool pump. The camera is battery operated and motion sensor activated. The video footage is not shared and is recorded solely for security and liability reasons. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guests being evicted without refund.

Please note that a $75 administration fee will be applied if you cancel the reservation.
