**Main Residence – Two Levels**

The first level features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The second level offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom:
- One bedroom with a king-size bed
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds

**Lower-Level Apartment**

This separate apartment provides additional space and privacy, featuring:
- Two bedrooms, each with one full-size bed and one twin-size bed
- Two private full bathrooms
- A second fully equipped kitchen
- A comfortable living area

**Private Pool & Outdoor Living**

Pool access is available until 10 PM.

**Important Notes & House Rules**

This property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is NOT a party house. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and loud music or excessive noise is not permitted.

A starter supply of toiletries and essential household items is provided upon arrival. These supplies are intended to get you started and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed.

The property is equipped with a backup generator for added convenience during power outages.
