Offering approximately 2,800 square feet of space, this comfortable home gives families and groups plenty of room to gather—and plenty of room to spread out. The main living room features a large wraparound sectional, additional seating, a collection of board games, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and printer.

Share meals and conversation around the large dining table, which seats up to eight guests. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, ample cabinetry, and everything needed to prepare family meals. A second breakfast table provides additional casual seating.

Just beyond the kitchen, a separate family room with a flat-screen TV offers another comfortable place to relax. Sliding glass doors open onto the private back deck, where you can sip your morning coffee, grill dinner, dine outdoors, or unwind in the lounge chairs. In the evening, gather around the backyard fire pit beneath the stars.

The partially finished lower level offers some additional space for guests to spread out. It includes a TV area, bar with seating, ping pong table, tabletop foosball, and a washer and dryer available for guest use.
