The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is on the ground floor and opens onto the courtyard, which is all set up for outdoor dining.
Upstairs you have 2+ bedrooms and bathroom, with a private balcony off the main bedroom, just perfect for sunset drinks, plus an additional single bed in the lounge room.
