Perfect place to base from.. Two floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Five minutes from my job site and countless local amenities.

Great experience

The host was very good at communicating and getting in was made very easy with an app containing all the important information. Lots of cool tech amenities in the house and a very nice TV in the living room with lots of streaming services.

Weekend getaway

The unit was in a nice neighborhood with a playground across the street that all youngsters will enjoy. It was in close proximity to many good shops as well as being close to several destinations such as the Henry Ford Museum/Greenfield Village, Downtown Detroit, and Ann Arbor. The unit was comfortable with all the necessary amenities and the beds are quite comfortable.

Romantic getaway

It was wonderful!! Just what we are after, we stopped in and window shopped stopped in a pub for lunch and check in with a breeze. We walked around town later in the evening and came up with a good plan for our next day. We actually went to the movies in town. It was Halloween themed so it was very fun. Great prices and great places to eat and drink. We went back and bought a few things at a frame store and of course the chocolate shop. The accommodations were new and well kept. Spotless just like we like. Thank you again!

Searching for more cash

his property is fine, but you get a lot of messages asking you to book more nights at a discount and are trying to just squeeze out more cash for the owners. I am a VRBO owner as well and have stayed at many VRBOs. For example, we asked about an early arrival and were told the owner could do so if no one stayed there the night before...we knew no one did because we kept getting asked to add on the night before. The owner then suggested the day before that we pay about 1/3 of a night for an early arrival... This is fine, and the owners' right- but I prefer staying where owners want to provide a great service, especially when it costs then exactly $0 to do so (like an early arrival when it's sitting empty). That's just my preference and shows a bit about the motivation of the VRBO owner in my opinion.

It's unfortunate that fellow VRBO owners like you, to give bad stars for things that are done differently than you. I'm trying to understand what was poor about your stay to leave 3 start review? Thats pretty much unacceptable for hosts and means the stay was awful. As you should know they will suspend listings for 3 star reviews. We try to provide amazing experiences for our guests. We offer a very cheap add on day for guests staying there if there is no one coming In the night before or after. And you rate us poorly because of this? We havea ton of guests that love this and take adanatge of it. It is sad that you felt the need to give a bad star rating. I would never do that to a fellow vrbo provider that tries to provide great stays for our guests. Thankful we have almost all 5 star reviews, so yours won't matter as much. I hope no one does that at your place. Very sad
