Upon arrival, guests will appreciate the convenience of a step-free entrance, making it accessible for everyone. The open floor plan creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a fully stocked kitchen that is the perfect space for all your cooking needs. The kitchen boasts two refrigerators, providing ample space for all your groceries, and there is dining seating for up to 18 people. Enjoy meals with loved ones at the spacious dining table for eight, the kitchen island accommodating five, or the bar area with seating for five.

The main level of Big Timbers features four king bedrooms, each beautifully appointed and designed for comfort. Three of these bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, offering privacy and convenience. One of the king suites is equipped with an ADA-compliant roll-in shower, ensuring accessibility for guests with mobility needs. Two of the king suites on the main level also have direct access to the outdoor area, allowing for seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living.

-*Pets CONSIDERED. We are pet/dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider SMALL TO MEDIUM, ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dogs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and not a barker or whiner while you are away due to our neighbors. There is a $25 per night non refundable pet fee.


We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen and take to dumpster
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
