Magical Loft Among the Trees at Homewood Forest Retreat

You'll love this unique romantic log cabin, nestled among the pine trees, in a private retreat.

Homewood Forest Retreat is just 5 minutes from Alexandra and the Central Otago Rail Trail, 10 min from Clyde and just over an hour from all the attractions of Queenstown, Wanaka and the ski fields.

Homewood guests are able to explore the forest and cycle trails, relax under the spectacular night sky, enjoy a magical picnic among the pines and so much more…

The loft has a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, queen bedroom and sitting area with a sofa bed and gas fireplace. The sofa bed is more suitable for children than adults.

If you are bringing a pet please add them to your booking as we charge a small pet fee and keep in mind that the property is not fenced.

Other things to note:
Paul and I live in the main house with our very well behaved pets - Skyla (a small dog) and Vader (cat).
The property has one other cabin which may have other guests during your stay. However, the loft is still very private.
If the cabin is not occupied during your stay then you are welcome to use the hot tub.
We have golf clubs and a couple of e-bikes for hire should you wish to explore the local bike trails.
If you are travelling by bike and need transport to other areas this can also be arranged.
