Induction Range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, tower washer/dryer.
Here you can find a 65' LG TV and 48' fireplace in living rooms.
40' Samsung TV in master bedrooms.
Very spacious living room and dining area for use and bedrooms with all LED headlights for use also charging your Apple 8/Samsung 8 or newer at nights such as reading or watching TV
Guest Access:
All guest who books this place has the entire secondary suite to themselves all of it can be used
Getting Around:
Parking can be at the backyard or can be at the front must followed City signed
Other Things to Note:
This suite is on a lower level there can be some noises coming from upstairs that can be heard while stay as there is another suite upstairs also running as a suite.
As of right now landscaping is not finished, discount price has reflected on the price
You can request for sofa bed pillows and sheets if you have less than 6 guest staying with us if there is more than 6 we will automatically give it you with your stay with us!
Parking is located at the back yard behind the fence. Street parking has to follow the city sign.

"All the appliances are brand new and high-end. There is a separate furnace for this basement unit, controlled by a Nest thermostat, which means the guests are in full control of their comfort and don't depend on whoever is staying at the ground level. The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, 10 minutes walking away from a shopping mall with a grocery store and take-out food. If you drive, the apartment is pretty close to the city centre"
We also happen to offer more services as well we run rental cars for our guest to make it easier for them to get around this is an option as most of our guest do come from out of town and usually would need a car to get around the city you can find our rental car on the Turo platform if you are interested feel free to let us know when you inquiry with us we can send you the link along with it.
No pets, non smoking, no partying/events allowed inside the house. No partying/ events outside the house/backyard too. If failures to follow these rules, $500 FINED WILL BE ADDED IT UP to your reservation.
