The custom fully equipped kitchen offers a Kuerig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine cooler, knife set, ice maker, and designer Italian china.


We provide complimentary high-speed WiFi, luxurious high thread count linens, fluffy towels, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and pool floats.


Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking conveniently located in front of the home.


* Early Check In / Late Check Out will be considered upon availability. Requests can be made through a link in your check in instructions (fee applies)


* Boat dock is restricted to pick ups and drop offs.  No docking of any guest vessels is permitted. 


* STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMAL. THE OWNER HAS EXTREME PET ALLERGY. $500 PENALTY APPLIES TO THOSE WHO WILL VIOLATE THE RULE. 


* Must be over 25 years of age to rent.


* Pool Heat  available for an additional $75.00 per night (+ processing fee) for the duration of the stay.


* Guests are strictly maxed to 10 people.


* STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Fees will apply if rule is not followed.
