Relax with family or friends in the real countryside, on the shores of a peaceful waterway located only 30 minutes from the many activities and restaurants offered by the dynamic city of Sherbrooke. A rustic, cozy and warm nest with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A magnificent view, a small sandy beach, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a dock to have your coffee and several indoor and outdoor dining areas will make you live the real Petit Bonheur!
Located on the shores of the Saint-François River (the river is navigable), the cottage offers a unique and relaxing experience in the heart of nature. You will love the smell of wood and the aroma of coffee as soon as you enter the cottage: very comforting. The interior walls are covered with various types of wood, which is pleasing to the eye as well as to the nose.
The crystal clear waters of the river offer a beautiful view and a soothing atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family retreat. In addition to enjoying the river, there are many activities and tourist attractions located near the cottage:
- Parc des Deux Rivières in East Angus, 15 minutes from your cottage: a favourite spot for outdoor enthusiasts, criss-crossed by hiking and biking trails, with lookouts, picnic areas, a hebertism trail and interpretation stations. In winter, the main trails in the park are plowed and accessible for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and tubing.
- East Angus Golf Club, 16 minutes from your cottage: an amazing 18-hole course, since 1935...
- The Astrolab of Mont Mégantic, 50 minutes away: activities for all, day and night. Visit the most efficient observatory in Canada, fascinating exhibitions and a cinema of the stars. At night, under one of the most beautiful starry skies in Quebec, two public observatories and numerous telescopes allow you to discover the splendors of space and the Universe.
- Frontenac and Mont-Mégantic national parks are 50 minutes away: hiking with a breathtaking view of the surrounding lakes and mountains, biking, fishing, canoeing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, Nordic skiing...
- IGA Extra and SAQ in Cookshire-Eaton, 18 min from your cottage: this grocery store offers a wide variety of local products.
- IGA East Angus, 16 min from your cottage.

- 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed and 2 bedrooms in the basement with queen size beds, one of which has a baby crib
- Each floor has its own complete bathroom
- Air Hockey table, foosball table and board games
