Emplacement idéal

Appartement très bien situé avec une très belle vue dégagée. Très spacieux et bien agencé. Manque du monilier sur le balcon qui serait le bienvenu.

Great location!

Went to Toronto to see Taylor Swift and this condo could not have been any closer to the action. Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

Last minute substitute VRBO

Now that we have returned home I can relax and tell you all about the VRBO experience. The host contacted us the day we were scheduled to check in to say there was a plumbing problem and it was not resolved in time for us. This was extremely stressful not hearing from the host until the last minute. The host said he had another apartment for us to use instead. Due to the last minute notice we took it. Unfortunately, It was not what we were expecting or paid for. This review is for the substitute VRBO. The condo was very, very run down with the doors, walls and furniture in terrible shape. The entire place with out dated. The carpet was old and stained. There was no access to a gym or pool like the original VRBO we paid for. There was a plate in the microwave with old food on it. The handle on the kitchen sink came right off. We were only able to use the TV for Netflix. The screen for the sliding door was old and in bad shape. Both the tub and bathroom sink did not drain properly. They used plastic command hooks for the bathroom towels which did not hold. If you compare to the original this is very low rated. The original VRBO looked modern, had a gym and pool and we paid for all the these amenities. We would like to receive some compensation for the disappointing apartment the host set us in at the last minute. Mary and Jordan

Good location

Good location and good gym, the rest needs a better description. It is not a two bedroom but rather it has two beds, one of which is in the living room/kitchen area with screens as dividers. It is very tight living area with a bed in the corner.

online info inaccurate

the property itself is fine - but smaller than expected. The elevators in this building are extremely slow and yes there was a problem following a big storm but only one elevator was working for the whole building for 2 days. This property is on the 30th floor so a bit worrisome if you can't get out and I was not able to deal with that many steps. The communication with the host was unsatisfactory - last minute info is not helpful for someone arriving from Australia and needing an address for the property. A small problem, but still unsatisfactory, there was very little kitchen cutlery - 2 spoons in total.

Weekend stay

Great location and the unit was very clean and fairly well stocked. It is quite small. There is only one bedroom. The other bed is located in the living room/dining area. The sofa bed is composed of springs and is very uncomfortable. It is a good unit for 2 adults and a child.

Zero communication / Awful Host

We never got the opportunity to stay at this VRBO because the property manager failed to communicate any checkin information. We reached out multiple times before our trip and he never responded. We ultimately had to go through VRBO customer service to get our refund which was a time consuming process. I would stay away from this VRBO at all cost

My husband and I chose this property because of its proximity to the convention center (for work), lots of restaurants within a walkable distance, a full kitchen, and parking on the property, which was a huge plus in the city. Unfortunately, we did not receive communication about check-in procedures until the day of check-in (for which the company apologized), but then we also did not receive communication about check-out until after the check-out time. We also struggled with understanding how the garage and building keys worked, because it was not explained to us by security when we picked up the keys (even though we asked). It wasn’t until we met a resident who was entering the building who explained it to us. The apartment had remnants of used toothpaste tubes, lotion, and mouthwash, etc., some of which we believed were intentionally left behind for others to use. Otherwise, the apartment was clean.

Great location!

Had a great trip. Location of his property was excellent. The parking spot included was very convenient and felt very safe. Lots to see and do and being in the heart of things made it easy to walk everywhere. Sam was a big help when we had trouble getting on the internet.

I ordered this place, but in privet message I received information about check in in different location. When i call to number which sent me that info nobody answered. Just be sure, you're going to the right place!!! Not recommending, moreover if you traveling with your family!!!

Great stay 10/10

Our stay was great. 4 of us came from Texas and it was our first time in Toronto. The VRBO is located perfectly, and is walking distance of most places we went. Lots of room for 4 of us to stay, and even has a balcony. Was a great stay, and would totally come back! Thank y’all!!
